Last week of holiday

Yep..school's starting again next Monday, and timetables are set. It'll be a 3 day school week for me. I wonder how this final semester is gonna be like. This Saturday will be Paintballing day aka bruises day, quite excited about it.

Yesterday i had a sudden craving for Beef Beehoon, so i searched the internet and found a pic that really made me drool. Ah it so reminds me of the beef beehoon Benjie Bro and i used to eat at the SP Alumni place. So i decided to make my own version, with the help of Cuzzy Carin..haha. Not too bad! At least i got the sauce and beef almost right, i think. LOL. I HAD to add in mushrooms. Next time i should try it with the black bean sauce thats supposed to be inside. I REALLY MISS SINGAPORE FOOD BADLY. =(
